Now Karaoke Band returns to New York City on Tuesday, July 29th for our third annual summer tour!
Now Karaoke Band lives by one simple adage: Karaoke is the Great Unifier. In the spirit of working together, smashing the ruling class, and celebrating the good times, we’re proud to announce our 2025 Summer Tour: SEIZE THE MEANS! We’ve got to take the power back, and it starts with a microphone! We supply the tools for revolution (a four-piece live rock band), and you are the lead singer. Join your fellow karaoke pro(letariat)s and join us in song because our drummer’s name is Karl and he always scores high marks.

With this tour, we're helping singers from across the country SEIZE THE MEANS and claim the mic for themselves! In honor of Rage Against the Machine's lead singer, we'll have up to 10 Zack de la Rochas for the evening. These stars are entitled to:-Free Line Skip: We usually charge $20 to skip the line and get yourself on deck, but our Zack de la Rochas can skip the line once FOR FREE!-Free Song from The Champagne List: There are some songs that people LOVE to sing, but we are OVER playing: songs like “Valerie” by Amy Winehouse, "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen, and "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin. Typically, we charge $50 to play champagne list songs, but our Zack de la Rochas can sing one song off the Champagne List for FREE!-And of course...AN AUTOGRAPHED CUSTOM T-SHIRT!
This tour is a tribute to the late, great Shigeichi Negishi, known as the inventor of modern karaoke. In honor of his memory, we will feature ONE (or two!)
